Visually, its stunning. Without looking at the rest of the comic I can already see a small part of what must be an intense story. There are only a couple of things that I would recommend. First, and the smallest of the critiques is that this would obviously just be fantastic in color. Second is that instead of using the handwritten letters I might recommend using some of the intense fonts that are present in many programs such as photoshop and illustrator. The last thing that I could see making this piece a little better is that you used white highlights in the first and last panels and it really makes the image pop, nut it isn't present in the middle two panels.

It's entirely based on what you want to do with the piece of course. Otherwise though, an absolutely stunning piece of artwork and I wish you success with your comic.
